Question by Iron Man
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, my preparation for the
2011 Pre-lims went really shoddy. I'm now trying for another attempt this
year (2012). Problem is, I have immensely lagged behind my current affairs
portion. I have only recently started regular newspaper reading and all my
(current affairs) magazines (Chronicle as well as Yojana & Frontline) from
January of 2011 till now as well as newspapers of months October & November are still remaining, untouched.
What suggestions would you give me for completing all this efficiently or do you think it's too late?

Leave the newspapers of October, November: just forget about them. If you start doing them now, you'll not be able to do justice to remaining topics of Paper I and II.
Just do the on magazine issues of those months.
And From Tomorrow, read newspaper daily, regularly. What is gone is gone,
no point in crying over the spilled milk.
If you're thinking of skipping the attempt only because of 'current-affairs' well I would say there is still enough time for covering up currents for CSAT 2012.

Either way, do join the following thread for current affairs related discussions:
