i have seen the upsc form and in part 2 registration the specification
given is 110*140(width*height)
but they hav not mentioned specifically abt picture and signature.
does that mean that the specification for both of them would be same nd not 110*140 for pic and 140*110 for sig.
i hav sent the form wid same 110*140 for both pic and sig. bit worried whether my form wud be accepted or not. should i sent another form?
if we go by the instructions given by UPSC for CSAT-2011
Each of the scanned images of the photograph/signature should
not exceed 40KB in size (for photograph, the pixel size is 140 pixels height x110
pixels width and for sign it should be 110 pixels height x140 pixels width) and also to be ensured that the uploaded photograph/signature are proper.
So better send another form with properly resized images.

i took photo of myself from mobile and resized it.will it b acceptable or i'll have to scan it.
